REGISTRATION: Everyone must register for admission to the convention. Registration fees include the Hospitality Suite on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, Volleyball Tournament and Welcome Reception on Sunday evening, Family Fun Fest on the beach on Monday afternoon, and the Social & Banquet on Tuesday evening. The Educational sessions on Monday morning are for members only. Please indicate the number of adults and children attending the events as requested on the registration form so that we can make the appropriate arrangements. Optional events include golf tournament ($150/person), deep sea fishing ($250/person) and exhibit tables ($250 each). Deadline to register is May 25, 2016
CANCELLATIONS: There will be a $75.00 administrative fee for all registration cancellations. Cancellations must be made by May 25, 2016 to receive a refund, after that date all fees are forfeited.
EXHIBITORS: Companies are welcome to exhibit their products, services and latest technologies on Monday, June 6th. The table top exhibit will be a 6 ft. skirted table and 2 chairs and the cost is $250. Set up time will be at 7:00 am with exhibits opening at 8:00 am for Continental Breakfast with members and will stay open during the Technical Sessions from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Exhibit breakdown will immediately follow the sessions.
Sponsors Sponsorships for the CAAL Annual Convention allows you to get your company’s name in front of industry leaders and decision makers. Deadline for sponsorships is May 20, 2016.
